Thanks for the speedy reply! I’ve followed your suggestion, however the issue remains. In Windows 10, I click on the app, Colornote launches briefly then shuts down. This is also the case on a second laptop. I have been using the app for over a year without a problem, syncing between 2 laptops and my Android device.

The Android app is still functioning but has nothing to sync with. I uninstalled Chrome but that didn’t solve anything.

Thanks in anticipation of your advice on how to fix the prob, as Colornote has been a great tool. Laptops both running with latest win10 updates. I suspect you may be right about that MS is the culprit, in which case you can probably expect a few more inquires.

It is curious that ColorNote has stopped on two of your devices, are those both Windows 10 devices, if that is the case, then most likely a Windows 10 update or Store update would be the likely cause of this. This site in other languages x.
