I have tried a few times to log in with my email address and it says that the copy of office isnt registered to my microsoft account. Can i suggest that you make sure that the fixit tool cant do this anymore. I have had copies of Office and installed for years and have never been asked for the product code after the initial installation, so I assumed that once was activated it was there forever.

Its not great that I have to spend all this money on something I have already bought just because of a fault with one of microsoft office home and business 2013 repair tool free built in tools.
