This is the primary weapon of the Regents wearing blue armor, it fires blue projectiles and has decent damage. If you want to hear the scream of incoming shells and see video footage of cruise missiles skimming the waves then you can’t fail to be impressed, but ultimately it doesn’t change the fact that this is still a pretty basic concept wrapped in hi-tech clothing.
